I like your choice to enhance the colors of the cliffs and rocks. I find the pine trees on the top of the rock pinnacle (on the coast) interesting, you could consider bringing them out a bit more. The sea looks a touch green rather than the turquoise in the original shot. I enjoy your adjustment of the fog, makes the viewer focus on the rocks. Lovely image. |

The story is strong enough but you might consider providing the viewer with information defining the action such as 'egret shakes off after the storm', or something that tells the viewer what the bird is doing. I like the fact that he seems to be calling too. The color palette is perfect. The framing is beautiful. You could also consider giving a little more space on the left for the egret to 'fly' into. Very nice image. |

They look like Stellar sealions to me. What a great view of the harem. I like the way you brought out the color of the rockface and the seals. The sea looks green to me, you could consider toning it down or decreasing the green. You also might consider cropping in from the right up to the rear end of the female sealion sitting up in the back. I enjoy this image, the male with his mouth open is a nice capture (especially on a boat!). |

The baby monkey is nursing, how cute is that little face? I agree with you that the monkey on the right could be removed. Consider cropping to a portrait of the mother and baby. I like the B&W, the color is good too, but the B&W really brings out the essence of the image. The weed in front of the baby you could remove or tone way down so we can see that sweet baby monkey. |

Judith you did it again! The only detail I can mention is that you could put a white, thin frame edge around the image. I love your series of flora (& fungi) images. Well done! |
