Thank you for the comments. Your tone curve correction is better, I will give it a try. |

You did it again-another interesting and beautiful image. The Lilly of the Valley is just gorgeous and perfectly exposed. I like the leaf veins too. I can't think of a thing to improve this photograph. |

I might be alone in this comment, but I like the tack-sharp head and proboscis and the motion of the wings. To me, it displays the effort the moth expends in order to collect nectar. To me, that is the nature story. I would leave it crop as is. The bright spot on the edge and in the background could be darkened or removed. I also like the flower colors. I enjoyed this image. |

Goodness, what a great action image. You can clearly see the incredible musculature of the Topi. The image speaks to the fitness required to survive. I like the suggestion of a pano crop, but a tighter crop on the Topi would be equally interesting. I can't get over its physique. |

Who doesn't love a Killdeer, such a great wading bird? I enjoy your image and can only suggest that you darkening the lower edge a bit. Mike's suggestion to burn the dirt pile a touch, is a good one. |

The fact that you were battling the wind was ultimately worth the effort! The tail feathers were beautifully arranged on the egret to the left and you brought them out perfectly. It looks to me like the egret is providing a stick for its mate, a sure sign that they are building a nest. For me, that is a lovely nature story. I agree with Mike and Pamela that perhaps a bit more green in the background foliage would look better. Maybe even add back some saturation because the branch is slightly bluish. |

Interesting that the Rufus stay all summer with you. I just have visitors for a week or two, then they are gone. I understand that they stay in the Santa Cruz coastal area (CA) for months. Thank you for the comments, I will try to tone down the bright leaf edges. |
