Great job at flipping the image. You may wish to introduce motion blur to enhance the water movement of the reflection. It still is a wonderful image. |

Not sure, but you probably use high-speed sync, which may have something to do with it. |

The weather in the Midwest wasn't ideal for the coming migration. I was fortunate to get a bird that was new to me at one of the few migratory spots in the area. I was quite a distance from the action, but I still was excited to add this image to the digital group for this month. |

Great composition of the Hummingbird. This species is unique in the bill length with tongue extended. You were fortunate to freeze action with the selected shutter-speed. If you had enough light, you could have shot 1/8000 and completely freeze action of the wings. However, with the elected exposure setting a higher ISO would have introduced unacceptable noise. Great capture of the magnificent colors. |

The tight crop is done with great skill. The perfect reflection of the Wood Ducks elevates the photo to the next level. This is a wall-hanger for sure. |

This is a beautiful capture of the Egyptian Goose and the goslings. There colors are unique and beautiful. On a lake in Ethiopia was the first time I saw them. Their nurturing care of the young offspring is notable. The composition is spot-on along with the water backdrop. |

Your photos are always on point. Not only is the frog exposed perfectly, but the Egret is also tack=sharp. I love the relaxed composition allowing more drama to the story of these patient hunters. |

The Northern Gannet is a magnificent sea-hunter and your photo is ideal. You controlled the exposure perfectly showing both the highlights and shadows. |

Your in-flight capture of this Ibis is eye-level, tack-sharp, and a great composition. The flora is an important part of the image and illuminates the story-line. The frozen wing position is a great addition to the photo. |
