Wonderful shot!!! Love the composition and colors! Many times the water edge can be a different angle and curved compared to the horizon you have in the background. In LightRoom you can move the horizontal perspective to kind of find a medium between the two perceived horizons. When you change this, one side becomes more compressed and you will have to re-crop the image. Hopefully the screen shot and edited image will show what I mean. |

Thank you Angela and Kurt! Yes, I should have mentioned that I used rapid shutter to catch the fire! After watching them for a while I got better knowing when they had done their reload routine, but still it seemed to be really up to the person who had the firing cord to pull as to when they fired. Also, for some reason, the color balance for some of the pictures was rather cool/blue so I manually warmed them up a bit - thus getting that gold tint. Thank you for your feedback! |
