Janet, thanks so much for sharing your thoughts! I'm so glad this one made you smile. I tried my best to make the eye have some detail and or highlight, but I couldn't quite get it right. Janet, this shot is absolutely stunning! Thanks so much for sharing the behind-the-scenes details. I absolutely love it, and I don't think I'd change a single thing. The bird is perfectly placed, and the foreground rock detail is incredible. The lighthouse in the distance adds a nice touch of depth, and I don't think I'd add any contrast to it. Frans, that's an amazing capture! I'd be thrilled to have such a beautiful image. The interesting foliage in the foreground and the simple background really work together. The foreground definitely adds a lot of interest to the photo, but it doesn't distract from the main subject. Thanks so much for sharing! |

Wow, Ginny! That's an amazing capture of the opsrey in flight! If this was my image, I'd move the bird to the left side of the frame to make it look like it's soaring through the sky. On my monitor, the bird looks a bit dark, so I might lighten it up a bit. I wish I had this image in my files! Great job, Ginny! |
