Interesting how this reverses the normal camera rotation effect of having the outside more blurred than the middle. |

I love how sharp this is. I think the monochrome/sepia treatment works very well, but can't help wondering how this would look as a straight monochrome with more contrast. |

Thank you for the teaching moment! Now I know how to create beautiful lighting with a single source. I find the image to be lively, yet relaxing, and I think this is all about how well you controlled the light. |

I enjoy how the lines of the taught ropes and edge anchor the image while dividing up the frame into triangles and trapezoids, and how the loose knot and its shadow wander around through those divisions. |

A joyful moment beautifully captured. The symmetric composition focuses our attention to the middle, but the darkness there insures that our eyes go to the girls left and right of center. I think this composition emphasizes the relationship between these two girls. Their bright, colorful clothing makes them pop out from the muted colors of their environment. Congratulations to you for creating such a wonderful image! I suggest rotating it slightly counterclockwise to see how that feels to you. |

One of the things I love about photographers is that their attention is often on something everyone else is ignoring. Well seen N. Sukumar. |
