I do like the cropped version. The eye is a little distracting in the top part due to glare? But I really don't know how to fix this. Well done on having your camera gear ready |

I know your choice was to leave it dark but those rocks in the foreground look more interesting than the water to me. It would be interesting to see a lighter version of this image & see where the eye travels |
