You seemed to be able to get quite close. Was there a way of moving that you could've done to place him in a better light? I don't know how chipmunks move but if he kept coming back to the same spot this may've been an option.

My eye doesn't really know where to travel. I'm finding the sharpness & his stance a contrast to the head & antlers. As Cindy suggested a crop of shoulders up would make a stronger image |

I like the way that you have brightened this image.
I also like how the one diagonal stem near the bottom leads the eye in a diagonal gradient with focus |

I do find the glare from the puddle distracting.
I do like how you were able to blur the background & keep the texture in their coats |
