69 Dec 24 Reply Good point about the leaves. I've had a go at removing them Dec 13th
69 Dec 24 Comment I've had a bit of a go at improvement. On my screen it's looking darker but does it need to be a bit more Dec 13th
69 Dec 24 Comment I love the way this bird is emerging from the darkness. The red of its eye & brighter light around the head draws the attention in perfectly to an area of the frame that the eye would not normally travel to first. Dec 9th
69 Dec 24 Comment I agree with Dean. But as an artistic/creative edit it is spot on. Dec 9th
69 Dec 24 Comment I love the story of this image. While there is still a strong focus on the eyes I think the shot was still a reach too far to handle the crop. Unfortunately I don't know what you could do to enhance the sharpness. This is one of those cases where story trumps technical quality. I hope that makes sense. Dec 9th
69 Dec 24 Comment I do like this capture & am not sure what I can suggest for improvement. I'll wait & see what the others come up with. Dec 9th
69 Dec 24 Reply Are they really that dangerous? We get some feral deer but they always seem to run away. Dec 9th
69 Dec 24 Comment I do like the crop & conversion to b&w. I'm not sure how the original would've come up with lightening or whether there would've been enough interest in the lefthand side foreground.
My editing isn't good enough but is it possible to remove the power poles?

69 Dec 24 Comment I enjoy the way that you were able to capture these lionesses without distracting them. Although the colour hues are fairly similar I like the way you have been able to differentiate the lionesses as the subject. Dec 9th
