That's something to consider for another time. Unfortunately the fence in this case was solid at the bottom so I had to lean over it. |

Well done on catching such a small subject on your iphone. Did you use straight photo mode? Often when I try macro style subjects I will go to portrait mode so that it focuses more on the subject & less on the background. You may already be doing this. |

I like the way that this bug is still sharp after your cropping. An interesting creature indeed. Well done. |

I love the details on the fly. In real life how big are they. Were you tracking this fly or waiting for one to land in this spot? |

I do like your editing on this photo. Also the way the parents seem to be aware of you, yet the cygnets notice nothing. It is a good reminder to not be put off by rain when shooting. We're so used to seeing shots in better weather that we forget that nature contends with all conditions. |

I do love this bird's attitude. There is a feather or something up on her back that I would consider cloning out. I do like the way that the branch angle compliments your bird. |

Lol. I guess you have to get a good tortoise shot. I am aiming to get a whale shot as the humpback highway is in full swing but haven't managed that one yet. |
