Hello Robert,
Thanks so much for your input. I see from your example that it would help the drama in the pic if I cropped it in tighter. I struggle with composition so I appreciate you insight.

Hi Gloria,
Thanks for the suggestions. The storm was really fast moving and I didn't know how fierce it would be. All the colors you see are as they were. As I told Haru, there were so many things going on at the same time I just tried to catch the picture as I saw it. I agree with you all that cropping out the foreground with the waves, water and sand might make for a more interesting picture.

No I didn't edit the clouds. The storm rolling in had a large variety of colors. I tried to capture the scene because it was moving fast and looked really threatening. I like the idea of cropping out the foreground and waves.
