14 May 18 Comment Great photo. Well worth the struggle to stand up and the subsequent aches & pains. I love how the foam wave frames the birds by retreating or advancing on the birds as they scurry out of the way. I love the reflected birds and the shadow. Everything sharp and well composed. Good job! May 19th
14 May 18 Comment Great image of the mountain and sky. The foreground seems a bit soft and the house with tile roof distracts from the mountain. I would suggest cropping just above the roof. Alternatively I would use the Doge tool to dark the whole foreground. May 19th
14 May 18 Comment Beautiful capture of the bird's gorgeous colors. Really sharp. I confess that when I looked at the thumbnail I thought it was an aquarium view of a clown fish! If it bothers you that you re going for the sense of textures and colors, hen just think of it as a still life. In which case you have succeeded admirably. I would not change anything!. May 19th
14 May 18 Comment I find the girl's expression and position really striking. Good for you to capture it! But the background is way too distracting. I would crop off from the top and left side and increase the blurring. I think the near-monochrome helps isolate the girl in her misery. I wonder if you spoke to her at all. May 19th
14 May 18 Comment Magnificent autumnal colors and leading lines of fence and its shadow are great. I find that green area to be odd color and shape and distracting and suggest cloning it out when you have more time.

Speaking of time. I told Larry that I ran oat time this month, what with illnesses, company, committees, etc. I apologize to you all.

14 May 18 Comment Brrr! Really personifies winter and cold beauty. I like the mysterious path into the forest from the dark ara in the middle I wonder with Evan about that dark area Could it be a rocky out cropping? a fallen shack? a fallen tree or trees? Perhaps some use of dodge tool might enlighten us. Other than that, no suggestions. May 19th
