Thanks Everyone,
I received the same comment about the cropping from my photo club here. The adjustment has been made. And I do like it better that way also. |

I like the shot. I really like the old locomotive on the old trestle. Brings you back in time a bit. It is good that you left some room the right of the photo. It gives the train a place to go. I also liked the colors in front. It is too bad the sky did not cooperate. Some color there would have helped. Good photograph. |

I always like winter scenes, and I think you did really well in depicting the beauty that can be seen this time of year. I really liked what you did bringing out the shadows in snow. And I like the border.
How much sun to show in a photograph is always a matter of opinion. To me it is a little bright. Just a little. Maybe in your editor you play with the exposure or temperature if you want. Just a thought. Overall, the photo is very well done. |

The image does do a good job of capturing a candid moment of a mother a daughter with matching attire and genuine warm smiles. They are certainly happy to be with each other.
I am able to see how you fixed up the skin tones from the original, and that does help the image. But I think because the image is not sharp it is difficult see the improvement on the skin tones. The shot is also in a little close, leaving the left edge close to the woman on the left. |

Hi Angela. I had actually cropped in a good bit from the right side on my version and felt I might be over doing it by cropping in on the left side. But I do like your version better, Thanks.
FYI - I had not seen this before either, but it is called a Lollipop Flower. |

Nice photograph, very well done. The use of the statue and the colors of the different objects work well with the theme, that I believe is of a couple who have gotten together for tea. If look up the definitions, white and blue symbolize trust, devotion and loyalty. I can't suggest much to change, maybe bring out the shadows a little, but everything is arranged very well, and the image is very sharp. |

Ok, I had to look up Mandala, and what that means, but I do think that you captured the concept of wholeness, harmony and unity with the image. It is good that you had this many images to work with. Everything is very sharp, and the colors work very well together. Very creative. Well done. |

I think the image fits the definition of minimalism, and having the bite out of one berry helps the viewer take notice of the photo by adding a story. The image is also very sharp. But what I think needs improvement is contrast. Maybe increase the saturation on the strawberries, and increase the contrast between the plate and background. Having just the edge of the plate works well, as does the way you cropped, but there is little contrast between the plate and the background. After that adjust the key line to match the strawberries. I hope this makes sense. |
