The montage you created is really nice. I like the final image a lot. I have not heard of this style before, but you did a good job of combining the house with all of the roots of the tree trunk. It does look like the house was built on top of a huge stump. Well done! |

I'm not current on fashion trends, but he does look 'street regal' if there is such a term. I thought cropping out the distractions was a good idea, and I did like the white background. But it is hard to do something like that and keep the photo clear. Another idea would be to keep the original background but reduce the clarity of the background a little bit to bring attention to the subject. Good shot. |

Hi Jennifer and Welcome to Group 81.
Nice shot of the desert. You have done a good job of showing how expansive the desert is, and this is a great view of the cliffs. I don't know if you took this on vacation, and how easy it is to get back to the spot where you took this, but I found that clouds always add a lot to a photograph. Clouds help with adding a point of refence to the viewer, and in this case would help show the size of the cliffs. Maybe you can play with photoshop and add some clouds in to see what I mean. |

I see that you used your own macro lens. I like it. I like the photo also. I don't know much about tulips, so I looked them up. You are correct in that are better subjects a little past their prime then while they are still fresh. I like how you were able to focus the light directly on the tulip. I really liked how the stem extends bast the keyline you added as well. Well done. |

Your editing was really well done with this shot. Making the sky grey added to the sense that this is a dreary winter day. Highlighting the tractor does help me focus on that as the subject. The photo could be a little sharper, but overall, it is well done. |

Very clear shot of the caterpillar. I like how you got such clarity of the subject, and at the same time getting the bokeh in the background. Not always easy to do with your phone. You were correct with your edits, just a little cropping and sharpening was all that was needed. Well done. |
