Nice composition but the BG messes it up. You could try taking the shot in portrait mode which would blur the BG a little or do it in post. |

I like the picture and the composition is good. This is not an easy subject. As mentioned focus stacking can be fine in camera but if you have a manual lens like the Canon MP E 65 you can still do it without touching the focus ring. It just needs a lot of practice. |

Beautiful shot. Nice composition. I might darken the perch a wee bit to further separate it from the light BG. |

Interesting and different composition. The colors in IR are difficult to control especially with WB in post processing. What WB was your camera set at? Also, was the camera converted to IR, and if so what frequency, or do you use IR filters? I wonder if you took the contrast slider up if you would get a better effect. |

Love the picture. If there was some texture in the sky a little bit more of the sky would balance the picture very well. But since our studio doesn't always comply with our demands this is week done!! |

Good morning. Sorry. On the road with poor connectivity. Thank you for the comments and critique. I will mask that bright area and see how it looks and I agree the dark area at the bottom can be cropped out. I didn't pay attention before uploading the picture as it was previously cropped for Instagram and I did not crop it better!! |
