The picture is all about the sunset colors. Perhaps the original showed them in a powerful way. However, the scanned image looks flat, lacking intensity and contrast. I don't think that you can make much out of it. Even Bob's post-processing falls short of getting a really WOW picture. |

Nice flower composition. Lighting is very good,
playing well the strong colors of the flower against the black background. If I had to change something, I would get rid of the three petals on the left, behind the front flower; but that's just a suggestion for you try.

Very nice composition of a very interesting subject, both foreground and background. I don't see anything that you can improve here. Maybe you can play increasing the high-key quality of the photo, and see if you get something even more interesting. But as it is, it's definitely a keeper. |

I'll go without second thoughts for the color version, especially the one enhanced by Bob. The composition is excellent, but the B&W version lacks the punch of the original photo. Perhaps you can get something more interesting in B&W increasing the contrast, even going to extremes (I tried a quick and dirty editing in MSWord, with +40% in both brightness and contrast and this as a result). |

I like the composition as it is. To me, the path on the right, with the mix of light and shadows, sets the tone for the picture. In a way, it helps me focus on the main subject. The tombstone is perhaps over-sharpened, but here it works well. Clearly, you managed to get an artistic rendition out of a snapshot. |

42 shots for one pano! When I take more than six pictures I go crazy! Clearly, your effort and patience paid off. It's a seamless image, with wonderful tones and no hint of the merging of so many shots; although perhaps a little over-sharpened. I am not so sure about keeping the left part of the picture. The clouds are interesting; but for my taste the black mountain, although with an interesting triangular shape reflected in the water, doesn't add much. If you get rid of it, the iceberg moves to a power point.‒ |

The windows were "cut" when correcting the perspective. I could have left some extra space in the original photo, but didn't think about it. To be honest, when I posted the picture I didn't notice that, but the more I look at it the more I like it. |
