Big thanks to all the members comment.
I do not have Nik or other BW conversion software. I used LR and PS for all my processing.
A local was cleaning and cutting up fishes, the birds were attracted from the smell.
I like Emil's photo with added clarity and texture to the structure which is the characteristic of the land for this travel photo. Adding texture helps to lessen the 'busy' bird scene even though they were an important part of the story.
Bunny and Emil's cropping improves the composition, I will definition use that in my final image. Again, thank you.

Bunny, Great architecture shot, vertical and horizontal are perfect. B&W is my weakest link, I converted your original to BW and add more contrast using curve in PS. What do you think?

Excellent image Mark. Pete's adjustment brings out separation between the tower and the sky. I am just curious where were you standing to take this image. |

Second what Mark said, I want to be able to capture good forest photo. I like that you use the biggest tree trunk as the focus point and light brings our eyes to the main tree. |

Jelly fish is great choice for BW. I like that the jelly fish is very sharp, yet maintaining the transparency. |
