This is a great photo. I love how the water on the road is lit up with the reflective golden color from the rain and lights.
The sign on the left is distracting. I'm not sure how to handle that, but I'd be tempted to play around a bit in Photoshop and see how to minimize it.

I love all the angles and lines you captured. They invite you to stroll through the streets and see whats around the next corner.

This is a beautiful picture. You composed it well so everything is balanced. It's also nice and sharp which is challenging to achieve in night photography.
This picture also tells multiple stories and leaves your thoughts lingering on this picture longer.
