Nice image. I agree with Judith that it gives the illusion of looking down from the top. That was my first impression, and that does not make it any less appealing.
Being new to the group I have been trying to delve into just what "Fine Art" is and its meaning. The best I have come up with is that it is art that has been conceptualized in advance and is not held to the rigorous rules of photography of rule of thirds, etc., etc. So I say enjoy it and keep on! |

I agree with Gerard, it does have a POP vibe with great color. The only thing I would have done would have been to removed the light spot by the 1000 ring. I found my eye being drawn to it (brightest part of the image) and it not being necessary to the story |

So many things to see and to ponder over. I saw a person, animals and ears and amazing color. I am so glad you got so many great comments. Well deserved. |

interesting - it seems we all see something different. I see a laughing face, perhaps the tin man?
The gold color enhances the image. Well done! |

Peter this is a great image. I like Judith's comment that it is reminiscent of a work of Crochet. I could lit and look at this image for a very only time. Nicely done. |

Hi Judith, I think this is one of those images that make me think, why #3 and 5 are lit and the others in the dark. Was the shine on those two clothes pins stand out for a reason?
I appreciate the retro look and the composition along with the frame. Nicely seen and it was a nice to be taken back to a simpler time even for a few minutes. |

They do allow photographs to be taken. I think I will be taking my photo club over there soon. We may need to wait until the weather is more cooperative, but as their sign says, "All are Welcome"
and they sell amazing Thai food on Sundays! |

Judith, I have been inside. It is down right amazing!
I may not be a Buddist but........... their philosophy of including everyone is so true! I was shown the many layers of the temple, treated like a revered guest. Kind beautiful people. |
