When you select an image as in this case, in my view, care must be taken to remove every part that does not belong to the subject. By that I mean if you look at the part of background left between top and bottom petals on LHS and RHS and also on bottom petal.
Would you consider also removing the small fly? on top petal?
and also the marked section of bottom petal?
You have done a good job with the background.

A beautiful image with a striking lily.
As I look at this image the lily makes up a small percentage of the frame which in my view is a shame as there is so much detail in the flower.
Would you consider cropping the image which would show the subject in a much higher percentage of the frame which will result in the lovely detail being shown?
