Thanks for your comments. I do get shots with more birds but it always seems at least one of them is not posing for me like this one. ;)
Bosque Del Apache and spring migration Nebraska are on my bucket list before I am required give up my motor home keys. I have seen many videos and live web cams but I want to make my own. |

Marge, Hummers are fun and challenging to capture. I once came close to filling up a 32gb sd card when shooting them. I too play with shutter speed and I like the one you picked for this opportunity and your crop too. |

Marge, as others noted show a bit more on the bottom and a bit less on the top. It is a nice capture, being prepared is the basic requirement for luck and you were prepared. |

Adrian, as Cindy mentioned perhaps a bit of leveling is needed. It is one of the precious moment of bird life you captured. Congrats on you being ready to capture it. |

Sunat, I agree a bit overeposure which should be able to correct in processing. Love the bird capture and thanks for sharing a bird I will never see in person. |

Bruce ... Excellent capture and processing. Vertical would be my choice too but it is still special as a horizontal too. Are not the fps on the modern camera great today? |
