Nice capture of bird in flight. I assume you were in a "burst" mode and only if the bird would have turn it's head bit to the right (his/her left) so it does not blend (a bit more separation) into the body as much would have been nice but then you might would have lost the color under the head. Who knows ... but great job with your bird in flight technique. |

Love the action you captured ... a great example of "decisive moment". Perhaps the background could be a bit darker but hey ... one has to work in nature as given to one. Hence comes to play one's ability to process backgrounds that look "natural". I know I am still trying to achieve those processing skills so no advice from me on that. Using a larger aperture may have helped with the background ... but perhaps you would have lost some of the detail in the birds which in my opinion is super. |

Wow ... Delightful capture of bird in flight especially a prominently white one. Great detail in the feathers on body and wings. I really like how you processed the background for it makes the bird stand out in a very pleasant way. |

Nice bird capture. Sharp, action, and in its environment. As noted previously opening shadows wings would show the nice detail in the wings. The contrast green background does distract a bit perhaps apply some blur to the background might be effective. |
