Joan,
Thank you for sharing this photo and story. I was stationed at West Point 30+ years ago and have traveled north and south across the Hudson from the lighthouse never noticing or knowing about the little lighthouse. |

I also love the way you have presented a different view of the Taj Mahal instead of the traditional tourist view. You're setting the bar for travel photography. |

Interesting story about the Salton Sea and good job of bringing out the colors of the graffiti |

Adres,
Sorry about the door. Last time that it happened to us, it was cheaper to replace the whole door. I kind of like the color. I wonder if the image could be used as some sort of textured background in Photoshop; something I don't know how to do. |

Kieu-Hanh,
Thank you. Good idea about the vertical white branch in the background. Rather than try to darken it, I just removed it using the AI removal tool in Lightroom. |

Joan,
Thanks. I re-edited with your and Kieu-Hanh's suggestions and posted it as a reply to her suggestion. |

Thanks Michael. I haven't found Adobe's AI to be reliable for "nose removal." ;-)
I go back and forth between Topaz AI and Dxo PhotoLab for noise removal. Any thoughts?
Happy New Year! |
