I'm pleased you liked the outstretched wings and symmetry. Your insightful comments are always appreciated and helpful. It would have been nice to have more clarity in the gulls faces to show their emotion. That being said, I personally am fine at times with an image that gives the viewer an opportunity to wonder and imagine how the story unfolds. :) |

I enjoyed seeing your gull's interaction. I do use continuous drive mode when I shoot birds and I liked the image I selected, particularly their full body connection in their tussle for food. Art is subjective in many ways. :) |

Thanks for your suggestion, Peter. I do use continuous drive mode particularly when shooting birds and, in this instance, I selected the image I liked best. |

I love this image of the vulture, which captures its elegance as well as its somewhat foreboding presence! The sepia tint suits the image perfectly. Vultures spread their wings also to help kill parasites on their feathers. |

Your image perfectly showcases a skimmer doing what it does best!! The open wings are a plus. I liked seeing the raw file and how you managed the fog. I noticed the color of the water looks a little artificial, although it could be seen as an artistic rendition. :) |

The textures of the bark are a lovely contrast to the soft delicate feathers of this gorgeous bird. Its glassy eye has beautiful color, focus and catchlights. I feel like I'm there looking right at it! :) |

The tip of the Kingfisher's beak touching the crystal-clear water drop, and the small secondary drop, are magical!! The front orange feathers seem just a bit soft. It's a beautiful image and as Butch said, very contemplative! |
