You are right Peter. The water lillies are stunning and the green and pink work beautifully together. I do want to stretch the image upwards and downwards so the full flowers at both top and bottom do not have their petals chopped at the edge.
That said, the clarity and focus of each flower including the centres, makes it a pleasure to view. F16 was a good choice of aperture. |

I'm amazed at the clarity of this image Doug which goes to show that software can really bring out the best in an image.
Your background colours are interesting and whilst some may prefer one single colour rather than the orange, yellow and green that you have, for me it adds an unexpected and positive dimension to the lavender foliage in the foreground. |

A gorgeous, richly coloured scene Mark. The contrast of red and bright greens along with the reflections, the bridge and the old building all contribute to an image that the viewer can study and enjoy. It's nicely edited too and the subtle vignette draws the eye right in. |

I really like this shot Donna and like you, I also enjoy trying ICM.
The soft, graded colours are beautiful as are the sandhill shapes. It looks a little like a sea with gentle waves.
I'd love to know which way you moved your camera. It looks like horizontally with a slight curve somehow. |
