What a startling effect Peter. What fun to get a different view of the world with an infrared camera.
Your leading lines of the road and the telegraph poles on the right really draw the eye in.
Like Donna, I'd be inclined to crop the right hand side (towards the start of the poles) and I'd also edit out the pole on the left.
The sky is really interesting and combined with your leading lines, make it an image that I wanted to keep studying. |

A beautiful dahlia Doug. The two colours contrast beautifully. On the question of which I prefer, I think I like the softer colour of the 'original' but I do like the clearer detail, especially the lines inside the petals, in your edited one.
It's fiddly but I wonder if you would consider removing the small spots on some of the petals (Ps spot removal would make it easy) in your submitted image. When getting a such a close view the spots can take the eye from the flower's perfection.
Superb work regardless. |

I love the look of this image Donna. You have enhanced a well composed image with your painterly treatment of it. The colours are gorgeous. It really does look like an impressionist work.
I have no suggestions to improve it because it is wonderful the way it is.
It would look great printed large and hung on your wall. |
