Love this! Great character and I really enjoy a well lit light painted photo. As Tom suggested, I think a crop helps remove the distractions on the right, but I would also try and darken the white garage door etc. But still fab. Great colours, great pose and great idea to take the opportunity! (Or think of a title which explains the situation by an urban garage - Urban Biker - type of thing.... :) |

Harsh light always a problem as you acknowledge, but I don't think it is too much of a problem here. I probably would still turn to black and white to play up the contrast but that would be very much a personal decision. |

Amazing scene!!!I agree with Butch's comment on that white 'line' and wonder if the image is a tad over sharpened. I'd also be tempted to remove the distraction of the fence (?) top left. |

Beautiful! I do love Butch's changes as they make it even more dramatic. One thing - I'm not sure the horizon is 100 horizontal. Best check! |

Lovely serene and minimalist shot. I'd maybe just open the shadows on the head of the bird a little, nothing more. Opinions vary, obviously. :) |

Nice enough pic with good composition, but not sure quite what you are trying to show me in this image. A rather scruffy red/orange cat in a rather scruffy environment, but it still doesn't spell 'stray' to me - not least due to the collar. But it doesn't contrast smart cat with rundown environment either. |

Thanks. Interesting though isn't it how we all have different views and tastes? It was the background that made me take the image! Such is life! :) |
