Lovely image. I would try and lighten and/or blur the background a bit - just to make her stand out a bit more. But otherwise great! :) |

Fun image. But ye, the puppy is too sharp. Just blur him/her a tad and it will look better. :) Also maybe make the edge around the base a bit more wonky - rather geometric at the moment. Just a thought. :) |

:) that's how it was originally! After much humming and hawing I decided I preferred it vertical.But I'm still not sure! :) |

Hmmmm.....to me there is something a little strange about this image. Were the clouds really like that or have they perhaps been over processed - sharpened and/or denoised? The scrubland to the left also seems rather murky. At the end of the road (leading lines) I expect a particular point of interest, but I find none; rather it looks to me that the storm is closer to us than that bend in the road as the horizon clouds are calmer...

Interesting old canoe - with another hiding behind it. I find the distractions top left look like an eye peering through the undergrowth and could do with removal. I do also really like the flipped version as the boat then leads the eye into the image more. Is that also an old bottle washed up in the foreground? I'd remove that, too, as it just draws the eye. |

Nicely exposed, sharp etc. Personally, I like the composition with the framing. The wall, to me, adds foreground interest. I know nothing about this lighthouse, but you set it well in its environment. |

It is as I pretty much said. Old sunflower petal floating on a thin layer of water in a black container.
Sidelit, studio strobes.
Then a bit of tidying up in PS.
