Rita, this is a lovely photo. After reading the comments, I am going to go a bit rogue. There is something special about your original photo that really grabbed me. I think I like the full image a bit better as it captures not only the colors but the flowering process. I love that you have both stages of the process with the bud and the flower. But that is just me. It might be interesting to crop from the left and see what that looks like? Beautiful capture! |

Dean, I love this photo in B&W. The moon and cloud are so striking in B&W. I recently spent a day working on wide angle photography and you have captured a great wide angle photo. Everything is in focus for a nice landscape image. I find that the B&W image is a bit more powerful in that the lack of colors really accentuate the cloud and moon. I find it a calming image to get lost in. |

Thank you, Rita, for the suggestion of giving the photo as a gift. I will actually send it to both my daughter and her friend so both of the kids will have a copy as they grow up together. :-) |
