83 Jul 24 Comment Hi Lance, as others mentioned, your image always makes me to think and study. I did not have it viewed in full monitor at first, when I scroll it down I saw abstract, when I scroll it up I saw fine art. LOL I know, I am not supposed to view an image like that. It is a gorgeous image, I like it very much. Jul 10th
83 Jul 24 Comment Love the sharp contrast that makes the cowboy strong. Lots of details, well processed. Not sure if you have other shots of the set, I'd like to see the face of the horse too (lol). Jul 10th
83 Jul 24 Comment Hi Elsie, Clearly there is a story you are trying to present. As others already mentioned, I like the cropped version to make viewer more focused on the story. Regarding the b/w conversion I do agree with Michael Hrankowski on that the men in b/w version were much less prominent. I am not sure if we can somehow selectively bring them out in the post process. Jul 10th
83 Jul 24 Comment Hi Adi,

This is the great capture of the precious moment. I feel like the scene can disappear at any time, the cloud could disappear or the floaters could drift out of the frame. The sharp contrast between the white and black is also very interesting to me.

83 Jul 24 Comment Hi Michael, I like it very much. It reminds me a lot of the Chinese landscape paintings that I am accustomed to (I grew up in China till my mid 20s before I moved to the States). The "greyed out" background does not bother me, it serves as negative space to make the main subjects (tree and hills) stand out. Jul 10th
83 Jul 24 Comment Hi Michel, I love the contrast between the dramatic sky and the calm wooden path beneath it. The path leads me to a paradise between the water and sky. I'd probably darken the lower corners a little to enhance the leading line, just a thought. Jul 9th
83 Jul 24 Reply Thank you Michael for your encouragement. To answer your question, I did not use polarizer, the water was very clear. Jul 9th
