Thanks Arief for your much appreciated compliments. I'll try the dehazing technique to see how it works. I hope the traffic jams in Jakarta are not as horrific as viewed here. I'm happy that the warm edit worked here. Thanks again. |

Thanks Paul for your much appreciated comments. Yes, viewing both Afief's eco-friendly image and this image is like viewing extreme opposites (night & day) on how the environments are being handled. Believe it or not, you may have heard that NYC has plans to minimize the high amount of traffic by introducing the highly debatable "NYC Congestive Pricing", charging drivers to 'pay' for entering the city. This is to cut down on congestion as well as to improve the city's air quality and raise funds for roadway infrastructure...it's a start, but not everyone's happy with this plan. It's to start on June 30th. Thanks so much |

Thanks so much Lori. The added warmth I though was necessary. I'd plan to recapture this scene on a intensely rainy night for more drama from the street reflections and auto headlamps. I'm happy that with windows here were relatively cleaned and clear. |

Thanks Francois for your compliments. The in-camera capture appeared to be too cold/harsh of a feeling, so warming this up a bit and desaturating some color I thought would be more appealing. |

Thanks Marilyn for your appreciated comment. I wanted to achieve everything that you mentioned to minimize a 'snapshot/postcard' type of image. |

Thanks Nenette for your welcomed comment. I wanted to give this a somewhat nostalgic feel to it. |

I find the greenery of trees and plants very pleasing and overall composition very interesting. The person looking beyond the distance showing a good amount of depth tells a story somewhat. Maybe this are my eyes talking, but the image seems to be leaning just a tidbit lower on the left, but I could be wrong. It's a good capture moment. |

I really like the paster-like tones of the solar panels, mountains and sky. The panels, I think really makes this photo stand out, but I think the standing bare tree branch to the right seem not to belong there...it almost looks like a pole of some type. Nice capture and overall color. Thanks Arief for sharing some story background. |

I really like this. The play on symmetry, light, and shadow makes this a well-balance capture and the sitting person is the icing on a cake. Initially, I thought to be drawn more so to the right portion verses the left, but later I thought that both sides work well together. I like how the guy's blue pants ties in with the blue sky, but the B&W version also works well, I believe. |

I also like the content, tones and water movement. I almost would like to see a person standing on the furthest rock portion if it's approachable and shallow enough...just to add more interest. But it's a good peaceful capture. |

I agree, it is a pleasing image and the highlights with shadows work well. I wonder it would be better composition if you stood in directly in front of the bridge. The hovering trees add a nice touch and doesn't distract from the building structure, I think. |

I like the warm tones and subtle, 'quiet' subject. The first thought that came to mind was 'inner peace' or mindfulness. Reminds me an image you would find on an album cover. I like it. |
