Hi Bob. I love the image you created. After the correct image was inserted, I now understand the floating ice piece and it's importance to completing your image. This is quite striking and definitely instills reaction from the group. Very creative! |

These machines were very powerful and fortunately our seats were quite close to the action. First time at this event so I wasn't quite sure what to expect but came away with a lot of action shots and a lot of deletes! |

I like what you did with opening the shadows. Will have to remember that in the future. I use Photo Shop Elements and know that under Enhance I can adjust the shadows, so I will try it there, thank you. |

He looks mysterious, out alone in his travels! I really like the blue color of the water around him. You can see clear through and also see the reflection of his eye. Great color, sharpness and definition. Wish he had a catch light in his eye or maybe there is one but it needs to be a little sharper. |

I like the soft focus and calming effect this image gives. I do find my eye goes to the red spot on the right side of the image and wanders out. I removed the majority of the red and left just some soft colors behind in that area. You may want to try a composite with some soft flowers in the middle. |

Thanks for sharing. I'm sure many people have never seen these instruments. The image tells a story and you have great memories from your trip. Image also has a great leading line and shows the difference between the two instruments. |

Love the reflections in the water. It appears you had a rather calm evening as the ripples are rather smooth in the water. (No wave action). It is amazing how some lights give off a larger glow than others - meaning the red seems more prominent even though in the actual building it seems a small amount. Image very sharp, impressed this was taken with an iPhone. Was it hand held? |

New to the group and not familiar with photojournalism rules or requirements. Like the action in your photo, sharpness and color. I did crop out the bleachers in the background which I think brings more visual impact to the action of the race cars. What do you think? |
