Thanks! I will watch out next year when they return..I tend to over expose the white birds. Need to pay more attention. |

Hi, Don,
Thank you very much for taking the time to work on this photo.
I seldom shoot wildlife since I don't have good equipment and also don't have the patience and skills to capture the moment. But these birds lived within 5 miles from my house, and their family drama unfolded in front of my eyes. I couldn't resist photographing them.
I think I know how to export photo from Lightroom now. Andrew showed me the correct specifications when exporting photo with limited size. Thanks anyway. |

Hi, Henry,
For me, the winning color combination is the blue sky, white cloud and the orange colored leaves. I also took tons of photos in the fall, which is my favorite season.
This particular tree is huge, makes it a bit challenging to photograph. But I think you did it well. |

Catherine,
Nice image, got me thinking what it could be; what the white spots meant and your signature at a very interesting place. This could be a marketing poster?! I like the reflection of the boat; so peaceful.
The shadow above the green line puzzles me. Was it from another boat?! |

Don,
I think this is a fabulous street photo..it got me laughing. I thought the lady in red shirt is real; but probably not. The only thing I am tempted to do is to crop out the tent poles on both sides. I love the colors and the display; ingenious! |

Hi, Julie,
I envy your keen eyes for interesting patterns. I don't see them myself. I played with your picture, and it has many interesting looks. Here is one of them by rotating a bit. I am not suggesting this is better; just another look.. |

Hi?Andrew?
What an interesting brick work! Looks like the building has been patched up a few times. I like the patterns and various colors of the bricks; the legacy of the bygone era. I think it's perfect as is. The green bar on the righthand side provides a contrast and balance for the composition. Thanks for sharing. |

Thank you, Julie.
The birds perched very high in the plane trees; It's difficult to get a clean shot.
I apologize. This image has very low resolution; I am still trying to learn how to export an image with size less than 1MB, and with at least 2014 pixel in width. |

Wow?Janice?
This is such a beautiful photo. The colors stood out in the light. You must have a steady hand to shoot such a sharp image. Wish you win the competition!
I see great blue herons where I live often. In fact, I spotted one while walking yesterday. In spring, I saw a nest with two great heron chicks. Beautiful bird.. |
