Thanks, Don, for the excellent advice.
I think the joy of "seeing" is dominant for me. Taking photos is my way of trying to keep that feeling alive. Only very few times I feel I succeeded. It's difficult but would keep trying. |

Janice,
Well done! Love this focused bloom with the nice bokeh.
I like Don's edit, the flowers white pedals stood out more to give it a 3D feel. But that's just my preference, I think one can easily like your take which is more feminine and soft. |

Hi, Don,
Your photos are always very interesting and advanced to me.. I probably would not have thought of taking pictures like that, but I will pay attention to the silhouette in the future. You have used camera raw and AI tools a lot.. do you recommend I look into those tools to help editing? I only use Lightroom, occasionally photoshop now. |

Thanks for the suggestions, I will give it a try. I agree with the landscape issue, I think the portrait mode doesn't give the impression of open space as well. |

Yes, I should turn down the saturation. Thanks. |

Thanks for the comments. In retrospect, I agree may be I should keep the landscape format to have a more expansive look. I tend to pack things up, sometimes the empty space is ok… |

What a great catch of the bird, Julie.
I know it's very difficult to get this shot; since I have tried many times and failed. Just looking up the sky will get me dizzy. I agree with you, practice is the key. Thanks for sharing. |

Hi, Andrew,
What an interesting building! I agree with Don, it's more natural if people are shown atop the stairs. I like the way you caught these people talking and walking; it made the building more lively.
