Thanks, Don. I usually don't print my photons, but let me take your suggestions and tried it out. |

Hi, Don,
I love many buildings in SF, but never tried to capture a image. Your edits made this an interesting picture; love the details, the color tone. I will certainly pay more attention to them when I go out there this week.
I think your building is straight enough. In LightRoom, there is a function "Transform", click the upright tab, it will let you straight up the building.

Hi, Catherine,
I used a radiant mask in LR for the lake and brighten it; only a little bit. |

Thanks, Julie,
The truth is I was on a boat that not only moved but also rocked when I took the picture. I had to crop the picture to keep it straight, so goes the right side of the picture. I did follow your suggestion to denoise the sky, but didn't change much. |

Hi, Catherine,
It's so cool! I have been wanting to do this, but not successful yet.
I love your picture includes water in the foreground and there is very little light pollution. I tried to lighten up the water; here is the result. What do you think?
Thanks for sharing. |

Hi, Andrew,
It's very interesting. I first didn't get it, and my eyes were drawn to the image inside the hole of one sculpture. Is it part of a plan?
I would agree with Julie to crop the picture to focus on the discussion/conversation aspect.

Henry,
Again a wonderful shot! Colorful, balanced and very American. I think the sky replacement is nicely done, clouds made the picture more interesting indeed. I sometimes choose different sky pictures to see if I can make the mood changed. |
