42 Apr 24 Comment Nice image, Tom. I think if there were more blossoms on the trees they might have started to blend together. So I think you caught them at a good time. If there were someone walking on the road the image might have been a bit stronger. Apr 28th

42 Apr 24 Reply HI Jim-This shot was not a composition of multiple exposures. I optimized the color image for exposure, crop, etc, then I opened that image in Skylum AURORA HDR. I didn't change any of the sliders nor did I make any other adjustments in AURORA. I left the (default) settings where they are when the software opened, then I applied those defaults and the image opens back up in Photoshop. I've been doing this on most of my images lately because it make the image "pop" a bit more. Sometimes the image gets a bit brighter when it opens in Photoshop, but that is easily fixed. 42 Apr 24 Comment This is a very nice nature/landscape capture. What really stands out is that you can see the heads on all of the sheep. None of them are hidden behind other sheep. Also, all four legs are visible on all but one. The color is great. You've got three distinct layers: sheep, rocks, and sky. The lighting is really nice. Great job Michael!!! Apr 7th

42 Apr 24 Comment I think that including a group of three flamingos makes for a nice composition, especially in the portrait format. The loss of detail on the back of the flamingo in the foreground seems to be from overexposure. It also looks to be either over-sharpened or enlarged too much. Apr 3rd
42 Apr 24 Comment Nice pano of the Tetons. Including the foreground fence and grass really makes the image. The snow appears a bit too bright, but if this were my image, I'd frame it and put it on the wall. Apr 3rd
42 Apr 24 Comment I think you've hit all the technical aspects of this photo correctly: exposure, color, sharpness, etc. The railroad car in the center would have had more impact if the two carts weren't in the way. Unfortunately, there's nothing you could do about that. Based on the title of your photo (Waiting to Board...) I think I would like to see more of the people in the lower-left who are waiting to board the train. The roof of the depot frames the train. Overall, I think tou did a good job photographing the train; something I've not been successful at. Apr 3rd
