Excellent, Tom. I think the reversal works well from a compositional standpoint. The subject's stare into the camera really gives the image a lot of impact. I like the monochrome appearance of his face with the subtle colors in the rest of the image. You put a lot of work into this image and it shows. |

I think this is a very nice shot of a water lily. The water drops add to the image. I do think however, that there is a lack of detail in the two white petals on the left and one on the right. Water lilies make great subjects. We have a nature preserve here outside of Buffalo and every time I go there I end up photographing one or two of them. |

That's a nice composition, Michael. My suggestion would be to add a border on the image. As it is now, the dark area blends into the black background. Also, the white area behind the rising sun appears to have a straight top and side edge which does not appear natural.The Clone tool can fix that. |
