This image is a little much for me but not because of the 911 reference. If you had not mentioned 911 I wouldn't know it had anything to do with it. If you are looking for shock value I think you got it. |

Peter I love this image. The flower really pops against the background. I can see this as a card or poster. There is plenty of room in the negative space for motivational words. |

Judith, I find this to be a visually striking image. The delicate petals set against the black background create a dramatic effect. The use of negative space draws my attention to the flowers themselves and emphasizes their beauty.
In a way it makes me think of a bride (the bud) with her beautiful veil (the other peonies) cascading down behind here.
It is amazing what we can capture with our phones. |

I am not sure if it is the distortion or what but this image makes me feel like the chair is falling forward. I would prefer a different angle and isolate the chair more. It seems to blend into the floor. The various "legs" in the background are to me a distraction.
I like the post processing you did giving the subject an aged appearance. The warm tones of the yarn are delightful. |
