Hi Bob,
The B&W is very sensitive thing for me. I do not dare to use most of the time. And also i think i still need to learn a lot of B&W theory (when, how, where to apply in the photo). And the photo is also required to support a lot to become a B&W photo. Just my opinion. By the way, your one is a nice B&W photo.
