Group Round C/R Comment Date Image
78 Feb 25 Reply I did crank up the brightness on the clouds and aspen and I like it. Good suggestion, thanks! Feb 11th
78 Feb 25 Comment I would add a positive vignette to this image, but that's personal taste. See below. Feb 9th
78 Feb 25 Comment This is really nice. I would add a slight positive vignette to the image that you have all ready post processed as I did here. Also, there was some blown out brights in the fog which I reduced in intensity. Feb 9th
78 Feb 25 Comment This is a nice photo and you have done a good job with the post processing, I might consider cropping in on the left side a bit so that the subject isn't exactly in the center but that's more of a personal choice. Feb 9th
78 Feb 25 Comment I really like this. I love the way you have made this look like one of the old-time gelatin silver print. I wouldn't change anything. Feb 9th
78 Feb 25 Comment Neat photo! But, I feel there are a few problems with this image. First there is too much negative space. Second there are some major selection errors which have introduced artifacts in the final version. Here is what I'm talking about. I have some of the selection errors circled and to the right is how I would have done it. Neat photo non the less. Feb 8th
78 Feb 25 Comment Thanks for the complement. Well when I signed up for PSA discussion groups the guy in charge said to submit images with problems, not your best images so I've been doing that. This month I decided to submit a better image. As for the difference between the sky and it's reflection, first reflections on water are always darker than the sky. The reflection won't be as bright unless the image has been manipulated. Second, there is always a color shift in the reflection. So taking your advice I painted in some more color in the edges of the clouds which are completely blown out in the original image from the camera. I used a levels adjustment layer with a luminosity mask to make this enhancement in this new version. Feb 4th
