26 Feb 26 Reply Yes, good point. It's been a while since I took and processed this, but I'm thinking I didn't crop that window out since it would have cropped the end of one of the diamonds. Removing the diamonds eliminates that problem.

26 Feb 26 Comment I've seen numerous drone / airplane photos of patterns of the earth, surf, etc. and find them interesting. I feel this image has some interesting surf, but the surf on its own, not truly striking. The woman gets lost in the image, and our eyes tend to pick out human figures. I would probably try different crops to bring the woman to a more prominent (and larger) position in the image with the surf being a supporting player.

26 Feb 26 Reply Yes, I see what you mean and I like your crop. There is a quote somewhere, I forget by who, that painting is about adding to your image and photography is about what to leave out. I liked the yellow triangles but in looking at the image I felt it was not quite right. Because I liked the triangles, I did not try the image without them. Now, I think they just add a needless object and confusion to the image. Feb 7th
26 Feb 26 Comment Great patterns, color and textures. The sweep of the walkway at the top keeps bringing me back around into the image. It is unfortunate about the window, but you deal with what you're given. I might try some localized burn of the "bar" of lighter water in the bottom right corner, or perhaps clone, or AI replace that I find somewhat distracting. Nice image Feb 6th
26 Feb 26 Comment Nice transformation. I think the bright lights of the building on the left and the swirl toward the bus balances well. I might not have pushed the red so far in the buildings though. Well done. As for the number 42, I had to look it up although I'm sure many people would recognize it. Feb 3rd
26 Feb 26 Comment Very interesting image. I wish the worker on the left wasn't merging with the edge of the building. The image looks a little soft to me. Did you apply any sharpening. I will very often in Photoshop Stamp Visible then Filter > Other > High Pass at about 4.1 and then select a blend mode such as Overlay. I tried that on this image and it did help a little. Feb 3rd
26 Feb 26 Comment Nice job on the processing. The pink petals in the original almost look to far gone to recover. You added "pop" to the image. I find the veining in the leaf and the single drop of water as interesting as the flower. I agree on decay but this works. Personally, I would have removed the two black spots on the top left of the leaf and the little bright spot at the bottom left corner of the image. Feb 3rd
