Hmmm, I thought I commented on this image. I must have not clicked submit. In any case... My preference is for vertical building sides, so I would probably skew this image to fix that. I like the abstract reflections and do feel that the buildings add context to the image. I might darken the sky somewhat and maybe crop up to remove the little round part (of the statue ?) Interesting capture. |

Maybe not, but I would probably crop below the bottom of that first leaf rather than cutting it off.

Yes, I understand. You'd almost have to be straight on to the side of the building and then you'd lose the overall composition

Kirsti, Yes, I agree, the eye contact can work both ways. The other choice for the cylinders might be to crop IN a bit from the left so the crop looks more deliberate. Probably don't want to crowd the wrench handle though ??? |

I like the soft misty feel of the image and the muted colors (other than the subject). I'm not sure if I like the border treatment or not, particularly where it intersects with the subject's reflection. I'm wondering how a little clarity and/or sharpening of just the subject might change the image ? |

Good capture of a tricky lighting situation. I think B&W works well for this image. I would probably clone out the small vertical white rectangle on the third set of stairs. It would be nice to see the top of the tree roughly in the center of the image. My eye is a little confused by the softness in about the left third of the image. I'm guessing that is from the backlighting ? |

I find this a nice capture that I would call street photography. I like the somewhat muted, somewhat high key look to the image. I find the very left edge busy and somewhat distracting although I'm not sure how croping that in would affect the street light. |

I like the afternoon light, the rich colors, and the lengthening shadows. The stark white road is a great contrast. I'm a little distracted by the house that seems to be sliding off to the right of the image. I'm guessing this is a side effect of the angle of the drone and / or the wide angle lens. I might try the skew function to lessen that effect. Did you need an Italian drone certificate to use your drone there ? I looked into using one in Canada that seem somewhat more strict than the US. |

Good capture with the motion and the scarf. I wish the model's eyes were looking at the camera. I like the contrast of the moving model and the static gas tanks. It makes me wonder what is happening here. I like the wrench on the tank as well. I find that the left edge of the tank is cut off and perhaps I would darken the tanks a little to keep my eye from being drawn to them. |
