Tony, I wanted to put the observer more to the right, but then I felt he wouldn't be looking at the first balloon on the left. This image was a trial for this effect and I probably could have picked a better original. Thanks |

As Bob said, you seem to find interesting subjects. I like Bob's processing. In addition to his comments, I think it reduces the busyness / confusion in the leaves and flowers which was my first thought when I looked at your processed image. |

I agree with Bob and Kirsti. I might crop in on the left keeping the aspect ratio to minimize the blue area and focus more on the subject. |

Great capture of the moment, expressions and joy. The B&W treatment works very well on this scene, the contrast making it pop. I feel the image is leaning to the left. I feel that the drums should be vertical although a case can be made that the original is a better look for street photography. And may be a more dynamic presentation ?? |

Nice capture with only the one boy "posing" Given the back light I think you pulled it off well although I'd still like to see a little brighter face and the woman at the well. I really get the feel of being there. |

Great processing Bob. I like the texture of the water. It may be my monitor, but I'd like to see the left bluff and the near islands a little brighter. I like both your crop and Kirsti's. |

Thanks Bob. Good idea. I did brush some of the background horizontal on the left and vertical on the right, and I still have the non-blur layer. I'll give your idea a try. I agree that the balloons need "something" |

Thanks Kirsti. My first version did not have the person. These images seem to need at least one non-blurred element and I thought an observer would be best. |
