There is a lot to look at in this image, from the texture on the left wall to the people walking toward you to the colors and geometric shapes. It is easy on the black background of this site to simply ignore the wall on the right and I agree that there is little information in that area and I probably would have cropped in to the dark area just before the brighter vertical. I also probably would have cloned out the bright white spot below the walkway, middle left. Good focus and shutter speed. |

Thanks Mervyn
I do like this without the bird also. |

This a great story telling image. In addition to the family scene, particularly the one getting the free ride, the colors and background add to but do not compete with the subject. You captured the power and motion with the "bow" wave created by this family. |

Your images give me goose bumps. On first look, I know there is something there, a battle about to happen. I agree with the above comments and I think there are more opportunities there with or without the tripod. |

I added a larger bird with both Gaussian blur and motion blur this time and opacity 77%

Thanks Bob. I think because I was inserting the bird I was a little afraid to make it more prominent. I'll give your suggestion a try. Also, this bird was landing. I may amputate his legs when I move him. |
