The gelato was excellent. And I'm not a real ice cream person.
I usually try portrait mode and by select focus or adjusting sliders. Just to compare. It's always worth the extra shot. |

Everything foodwise is fresher and more natural in Italy. I miss that.
I see what you mean about the waffle. I had tried portrait mode for this shot but the edges were all too soft. I had more control by not using portrait mode. |

Bill, I LOVE this edit. Thanks for playing around with it.
I recently started exploring Mobile Lightroom, but there's still so much I have to learn. I struggle keeping track of what I've done so it's difficult to replicate what I've tried before. Any tips for learning? |

Thanks! I like Steve's edit, but as I said originally, I liked the colors in my original. |

I love the desaturatization. Thanks so much. It preserves the colors that I love but in a softer way. I didn't realize that the Dubai chocolate wasn't more sharp until you pointed it out. The cream, though, I think that's what it looked like.
And yes, gelato tastes so much better in Italy! |

Interesting bit of technology that I believe was put in place as a photo opp for the passengers. How fun. |

Interesting transition! Does your son approve? I do wonder where the items on the top corners came from.
Agree with Jack that painterly does add interest to an image. I use an app called iColorama. It was created by a Ukrainian and I'm not sure if it's being updated or even available for purchase. |

The angles in the image are what are most appealing to me.
The curb, the corner of the blue building. The direction of the bicycles. |

I love this! And monochrome definitely works!
I like the interest that the random rings bring into the image. |
