I also haven't used Snapseed in a while and over time they've added many different adjustments. Now that I'm in this group, I plan to get up to speed with the app.
The reflections are awesome. And I love the way your edits really bring out the ripples in the water. |

Jack, when you have two originals, is that because you stacked the two photos? I can't really tell from looking at the featured version. |

I also like the flipped version. Your light version is more cheery, but seems not to be the intention of Jack's. His edited version shows the darkness and the contrast of the shadows. |

I love the pattern of the waves, but wish there was some sky in the photo and that the water on the left of the photo wasn't cut off the way it has been. (I don't think that's because of cropping??) |

Yes! You should always turn around before, during and after sunset!
I agree that you could consider cropping some of the sand and the left side of the photo. The real "wow" is more on the right side of the photo. |

I love the colors and the leading lines. I'd crop in further to eliminate reflections of the light which show in the closest area. |
