Why, thank you, Bev. The entire house was a plethora (love getting to use that word) of nostalgia! |

Definitely sitting on a tripod using the available light in the room. With only two other photographers in the house at the same time, there was no pressure to hurry a shot. |

Glenn, all that was missing was the horse! You certainly have a few hanging around your image folders, right? This simple composition has a very pleasing feel about it.Great lead into the trail and those fences keep us on the right track. |

Well done, Joe. I usually manage to create a "selfie" when doing these. I noticed you managed to stay OUT of the picture:) The clouds are definitely a plus on the hood but those other vehicles take away from the Cobra. You did a wonderful job eliminating those people - now try the cars. Because of the close quarters at these shows, I have retooled my focus to be on the part of the cars - the logos, vents, chrome, etc. Here is the Cobra logo taken from the hood of a car. |

Definite wall hanger, Sheldon! Like the star trails - I did one of these in Monument Valley and was surprised to see the various colors in the trails - blue, white and yellow. I see the same colors here. |

Thanks, Peter. As i mentioned the entire time in this abandoned farmhouse was fun! As for the object on the lower shelf (there was no glass by the way) is a perfume atomizer. I have another shot of this here. . . |

Peter, I admire your creativity here. Composites and me have never gotten along in the past. I thought the look of Buzz and Woody don't have the same look as the rest of the Toy Shop window. Maybe if they were inserted on the right side, it would have a better appeal??? |

Let me add my welcome, Brian!
I do like the simplicity of this model. My first glance had me thinking of the "Handmaiden's Tale." Although not in the same garb, her expression got me leaning in that direction. A small suggestion - cropping off the white embroidery on the sleeve. Being white, it is an attention grabber and being on the edge added to its distraction for me. |

Not sure where I feel the focus should be - the bright end of the farmhouse got my immediate attention but the overall look of the trees, the hill, and the clouds were of more interest to me. I agree with Peter in bringing out more in those clouds and perhaps opening up the shadows in those trees. The bright end of that farmouse appears to be leaning to the right. |
