Many great suggestions for my "Slot Canyon after Hours" shot. I am looking forward to giving them a go.
Thanks to all. . . |

I think I see what caught your eye - you just need to emphasize it more with your final image. A different angle might have emphasized that (but that is too late) - maybe a tighter crop or, as suggested, go monochromatic would help. |

I spent an evening here for a sunset and a moon rise many years ago. It was one of my favorite lighthouse shots. The space between the two structures bothers me. Perhaps a different angle would have closed that gap and brought them in together for the rest of the story. I have attached my "Moonrise over Race Point" |

Once again, I'm with the others - the star trails is my favorite of the two. The one posted is static as compared to the flow in the trails. Also, the foreground appears to be "brighter" in the secondary image. Funny how we both came up with "Starry Starry Night" shots this round??? |

I'm with John on this review - great ideas with the flipping of the original as well as the technique in post-processing. I like the focus on the eyes - hers and what's been painted! The tighter crop draws me into the real story. Well done! |

A very colorful shot here, John, but also very busy. I think an angle of the man working on the engine would have provided more interest for me (this would have eliminated Peter's concern over the gate). His face and what he's actually doing are both unavailable because of the angle you chose. |
