I agree. If I lived a bit closer I would make this a project of its last days of existence. I'm guessing the next hurricane or Nor-easter will determine its fate.
Thanks for checking in. See you tomorrow for "Senility Saturday!" |

Huh? Joe II, I am confused about your response. "more detail of whether the shack..." / "want to learn more whether the dock or the building is. . ."
Check out Damon Point in Marshfield for your own look-see. |

Great place for photography - been there several times.
I do like your perspective here - great lead into the middle and background areas, Glenn. Impressive sky as well! Is there a vignette applied? There seems to be a darker area to the left of the tall evergreen. I'm with Peter again on the green foliage, it appears a little too saturated. Simple fix, if that's the way you wanted it. |

Like the effect, Peter. Thanks for explaining what you did here. Those flowers in motion seem to opt the ones in focus - a sort of framing of them. I did try to up the contrast |

Ouch! I wouldn't want to meet this prickly thing without some protection. I do like the B&W conversion you chose - I think it adds to the plant's impending danger. Your focus stacking does not leave any out-of- focus areas within the plant. I enjoyed strolling through it, visually. |

Let me extend my "Welcome Wagon" to you as well.
I like the serenity of this composition. I do think it could use a little boost from some post=processing filters such as NIK. I did a quick edit on it with a tighter crop, adjusting the contrast to darken up the look, and enhanced the clouds. |

Great sunset, Joe II. I especially like how it is reflected on the shore. Again, Peter has picked out areas of concern - the uplifting of the horizon on the far right is definitely not natural. And, the dark areas of the ocean. I don't see where cropping would help here as you would lose some of that reflection on the right or that sky with a left crop. |

John, this is a great image of this bird of prey! The colors and detail within the bird are spot-on. I'm with Peter on the background, it is as dominant as the main subject. Perhaps, tone down the saturation of the green? |

Bev, it reminded me of one of those large colorful lollipops!
fun use of the post processing tools. I have been using similar ones to create this - from the original of the interior of a church. |
