Looks a lot better but with your Silver Efex, you should be able to lighten that area up just a bit so there is a blending of the skin tones. Currently my NIK plug-ins and my PS are not talking to each other so I was unable to do it. |

I think there are NO bad images from Acadia. I have several dozen that I have processed and entered in various competitions and all did well. Monochrome was a wise decision as it does bring out the features in the clouds and rocks. I'm sure the color version doesn't have the pop here. I agree with Peter on the merger of the branches and the trees in the background. A minor issue - I just enjoyed looking over another photographer's view of Acadia. |

Well done Joe #2. The overall image is very appealing as it has lots going for it - the sky and the moon, the buildings and the foreground. Much to look at and enjoy. A very minor thought - cloning out that black box in the left center of the water. It "blocks" my flow of seeing the image. . . |

WOW! An amazing shot considering the story behind it. Like it all - the pose, the background, the surrounding elements - all come together here. Definitely like the B&W processing over the original color. There appears to be some shading on the side of his face which doesn't look normal. It could easily be lightened up in post-processing. Will this be going into a competition? I would be interested in the results. |

Thanks for the disclaimer as I was ready to report you to the ASPCA! This pandemic has many of us searching for ways to fill our new found freedom of time - you found a way. This is clever and the look appears almost believable. One concern for me is that you dropped the bottle on top of an area that is out of focus. Perhaps placing in front of that object might be an improvement. Can't wait to see the others as long as the fish don't mind. . . |

Peter, I was leaning up against the glass wall as close as I could get. I forget what I did in post-processing. I think I may have flipped it but I'm not sure. But the tight crop gives it a different feel, I thought. |

Getting more mileage (kilometerage?) from this place,eh? I do like the composition you chose - something in the front, middle, and back. Also, the angle of the shed features the rusty side. And, the sheep grazing adds to the story.
Thank you for not submitting this as a monochrome. . .
